Hello Im a Entrepreneur who has been working hard since deciding to go it alone in November last year. Since then i have turned a 1-contract operation into 12 contracts 3 websites and currently 2 Limited companies with a small office in Covent Garden. Now i have hit a small problem. I have two great websites which promote nightclubs and add guestlists for events as well as selling tickets. I originally planned to build up the members and " Sub-Promoters" and turn them into fully fledged events companies running 5 events a week minimum with a turnover of circa 15k a week at 50 profit. One of the websites is completely finished and has nearly 1200 members already and in september had 9500 hits and has a very good google ranking. The other is nearly finished and can be shown to you but there are some small finishing touches which need to be made. The reason i cannot work on them myself is simply because too much has worked and i do not have time to do everything. Plus next year i will start to travel a lot with a product i have developed which has got major Backing. I have 10 years experience in the clubs scene a fantastic reputation and a drive like no-one else. This two sites will make a lot of money but need time to be promoted and managed correctly and i would rather share the spoils than have to shelve the project completley. After all 100 of zero is still zero. Im looking for someone who has drive and ambition above all else im not looking for a dreamer or someone who talks the talk but has trouble turning ideas into reality. I dont care about age or Cvs Please DonT Send A Cv I WonT Even Read Your Email I would value previous experience in the clubbing industry but its not essential as i will have a large amount of involvement with this for the first 4-6 months. Im looking for someone with a cool business brain and someone who knows how to make money and create opportunity which is something no degree education teaches you. What am i offering? Well im offering a partnership. There is no money or wager to begin with even though im prepared for you to discuss a wager as well as ownership of the business however it will be a wager which you will create for yourself through income from the websites and events. I have spent 10 months working on these two projects and spent thousands of pounds so i want someone who is prepared to back themselves just as i have done already. I have a small office in covent garden where we run all our projects and you would have a computer phone and two hard working girls to help you out Together we will build a plan and start to get the ball rolling. There is opportunity to start earning money from day one and things will quickly pick up. This said if to begin with you want to do it part time i would understand I know everyone has bills to pay Im not silly enough to just sign a chunk of my business away from day one and i would have an initial trial period in place and then your percentage of ownership would be performanced based over a agreed period I do not know what else to say really as this is a very rare position to be in and could be a fantastic opportunity to make some great money. Ideally i want to expand the company into every mayjor clubbing city in the UK and in Europe.
