The Role The Tom Boo Group is an organisation with individual companies in the fields of Training Recruitment and Nursery Education. Our Head Office is based in Wembley North London and due to expansion we are looking for an experienced Hr Officer Assistant to join our Hr and Senior Management Support team. This is an interesting and varied role and the successful cadidate will have the ability to deal with all generalist Hr matters and will support the Hr Manager in delivering full Hr services to the companies within the Group. You will also be required to provide Facilities Admin support to Head Office as well as providing cover to the Senior Management Team in Pas absence. Travel to other Group offices in London and the South East will be required. Duties will include but not be limited to Assist in the processing of Hr correspondence and filing Maintain accurate Hr records electronic and paper-based Recording and monitoring of absence for the Group End to end recruitment from drafting initial advert to processing successful candidate onto payroll Assist in the induction performance management processes Provide advice and guidance on employment legislation employee relations and family rights etc Deal with absence issues disciplinary matters and other Hr issues in conjunction with Hr Manager Maintain Head Office supplies services and oversee stationery ordering Various ad-hoc Hr and Admin Support duties as required The Person The successful candidate will be a team player well organised able to multi-task work with minimal supervision and demonstrate outstanding attention to detail Minimum 2 years solid generalist Hr experience Good understanding of employment law including H S matters Previous experience of supporting Senior Management Team Previous facilities admin experience Excellent communication organisational and time-management skills Proactive flexible customer-focused approach Able to maintain professional manner and respect confidentiality at all times The Skills Computer literate with minimum intermediate level Ms Office skills Fast accurate data processing and typing skills min 40 wpm Solid experience in using " Vizual" or other computerised Hr system Cipd qualified (or equivalent) or working towards qualification A car owner with full driving licence Salary £18000 22000 per annum.
