Our Client is currently looking to recruit a M & E Works Supervisor (Building Services Division) to cover their clients Site in both Aldermaston & Burghfield regions. Principle Accountabilities: To ensure that all planned preventative maintenance is completed to schedule and SLAs To ensure that all reactive works are completed in a timely and efficient manner to current SLAs To lead the team, encourage team working and ensure all works are completed in a timely fashion Participate in the upkeep of all records for the service of plant and equipment Daily liaison with the clients representative, staff and colleagues Management of Subcontractors and Suppliers To participate in the emergency on call roster Arrange for random site checking to ensure the work completion is satisfactory To carry out all works in accordance to the clients Safety Rules and Best Practise Develop and maintain relationships with the client to ensure delivery of service Maintain accurate logs and registers for the building Communicate at all levels effectively Ensure that all the Clients policies and procedures are in place and adhered to at all times Carry out any reasonable request Qualifications and Experience: At least five years experience within a similar role within Maintenance or Civils environment of which the candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in a supervisory position. Electrically and Mechanically Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
