Quality Assurance Manager - Exciting opportunity to join this major Defence player. - Northern Home Counties Location. Essential Experience The ideal candidate will possess: Master's Degree and Chartered Quality Institute certification or equivalent Extensive Quality leadership in an engineering/manufacturing environment. Preferably 'Lean Six Sigma Black Belt' or equivalent (trained and certified) and ability to conduct and teach utilisation of SPC tools. Good leadership skills and proven ability to develop a strong team environment. Must be capable of maintaining robust failure analysis methods, reliability calculation competence and have strong analytical skills. This person must possess the inherent skills to drive change, must be strategic yet tactical, and creative yet fundamental, and able to work in challenging and timely situations well. <p> Desirable Experience Would prefer someone who has expertise leading change, start up abilities, and growth initiatives.
