The Role The job s main elements are Purchase Ledger inputting and coding invoices into QuickBooks Reconciling bank accounts Credit control including credit checks statement runs and chasing payments Processing and filing accounts department paperwork Accounts and administrative tasks as qualified Taking telephone calls mainly accounts related with some general calls Experience and skills requirements 3 years bookkeeping accounting experience Thorough working knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Good telephone manner Hours 8 hours per week at agreed times to suit probably two half days per week.
