They are looking for the right individual to drive and manage the sales of this software solution The role: * Define sales strategies and to add new customers to the portfolio; * Generating sales leads via Cold-calling, telesales, prospecting etc * Maintain and develop existing and new relationships at a corporate level with customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction; * Monitor and coordinate marketing strategies * Compile and design winning proposals/tenders for our customers * Present in-depth professional demonstrations of products, in person and on-line at all levels including key decision makers, board level and senior managers. * Arrange and manage client meetings, trade shows and events; * Travel to client sites across the UK and Europe * Keep track of industry best practice * Fully achieve quantitative and qualitative targets * Achieve the highest levels of customer service Ideal candidate: * At least 3-5 years experience in telephone sales in the software industry and a background in HR/Recruitment. * Completed university degree * Proven successful sales track record * Good industry expertise (Recruitment/HR) and strong sales drive (Solution/software selling) * Business-to-Business sales record experience within the recruitment and IT industry * First class presentation skills, public speaking skills and a high standard of professionalism and customer care * Team player with excellent negotiation skills * Clear knowledge and understanding of the complete sales cycle – Cold-calling, telesales, prospecting, software demonstrations, presenting, writing proposals and responding to tenders * Ability to articulate propositions at Board and Senior Executive levels * Demonstrate evidence or previous big ticket wins If you believe you possess all the right qualities and are up to the challenge of this exciting opportunity then contact Career Studio today 01902 425366
