Are you a HR data professional, capable of supplying people information that may affect business decision making?â The Background Leading retail organisation with a sterling reputation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Advisor. As part of a central HR team youâll help to manage and support the overall HRIS function across the business to ensure that all end users receive maximum functionality. The Responsibilities Within this exciting business-facing role, you will report directly to the HR Manager and join as part of a large HR services team. Youâll be responsible for: Managing, maintaining and developing the HR system for end users Maintaining the HR system to ensure meaningful and accurate reporting and MI and supporting management with HR information Supporting HR teams with the maintenance of the staff database so that information is up-to-date and flowing accurately through to support teams Providing 1st line support (telephone and email) on day-to-day queries Help develop new system processes to improve data flow and efficiency of business processes Supporting other systems such as E-Learning and company Intranet. The Professional The successful candidate will have strong HRIS experience gained within a fast paced environment. You will have some experience of managing and implementing HR systems and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. Previous experience of creating and producing reports is desirable for this position.
