Dear Sir Madam This is to help rebuild a charity which suffered and was hindered by the lost of its centre. We have been setback for a longime having to deal with the rescuing moving packing and storage etc which has left us physically exhausted of everything from the centre as it was originally aimed at seting up an arts centre to raise help and awareness and to act as a safe base to design projects for Liberian victims of War but due to a fire we Faced the worst nightmare We now need to renew and resume full operations and get the organisation up and running again as the need is so great and rescue the work and many projects and long-term plans that need completion. The most important work that is emergency aid which has continued through out the loss of the centre purely on the donations of the Trustees. This is a very serious work we need people who care about the welfare of their fellow human beings and take this work as a matter of urgency as we are in a position to aid people who are in very serious need and who desperately need our help. We have refugees who are dependent on our help on the refugees camp in Nigeria Ijebu Ooru GhanaLiberia. Help is needed with the repatriation process as well as working on long-term plans and helping dealing with emergency appeals and sending aid. And dealing directly and communicating with refugees and identifying their needs especially amongst the vulnerable such sick elderly and pregnant women and vulnerable etc. We also have long-term project in Ghana and Liberia that need developing and with the closure of the refugee camp in Nigeria very soon to monitor and help those refugees who are still left behind and help them evacuate and return to Liberia. The work is huge and we need people who are flexible and multiple task and are willing to help in various capacities but we would appreciate any form of help at this point. But most importantly have the vision and faith to help even though we are a small organisation with no funding as of yet (and need to re-establish administration team) even small amounts sponsored by the trustees used carefully and effectively tactfully can meet needs and cut down on administration costs as we have effectively organised the refugees to organise themselves and report back to us and send accounts and pinpoint those needs that are urgent. With support this work could achieve helping countless of people as it already has done. We need help to re-establish administrative base and reorganise and recover from original centre as a matter or urgency and to make the most of what humble resources are available and help plan for the future and help rebuild the trust. One of the most important resources we have is time so we need people who can assist and beleive in what we are doing and focus and help this organisation reach its full potential to help others with urgency as well as establish sustainable long-term projects.
