Senior PMO, banking, London Main Function This central PMO will drive through the highest levels of project oversight, reporting, and championing ensuring the adoption and adherence of structured project delivery methodologies. Administration Manager/Executive Assistant Up to £45k This organization is seeking to fill extremely large shoes – therefore if you are not seeking a challenge – do not read on! As the Administration Manager you will not only be responsible for supervising the administration team but also the day to day minutia of deadlines, process, prioritizing workloads and staff attendance etc. When things aren't happening as planned it's you that will be asking why and then challenging the individuals concerned. What we really want is for someone who is strong enough to challenge the status quo, be prepared to say no that won't work and review current procedures putting into place new ones. You'll need to be a strong individual who is capable of having an effective relationship with the board directors and managers as they will be your peers; obviously the relationship with your administration team will be secondary – clearly you will not want to alienate them but equally you will not be looking to be their friend.
