The Consultant shall have experience in the following area Ground Station designintegrationtesting in particular regarding the Antenna, RF, and Base Band subsystems Usage of Tracking systems including Antenna Control Unit ACUTracking receivers for large antennas to acquire either LEO or GEO satellite Operation and configuration of integrated TTC baseband equipment and ranging systems i.e. INSNEC Cortex type Usage of High Data Rate Demodulators Maintenance and operations of large ground stations including site infrastructure Local and remote Monitoring Control of large ground station, usage of related databases and creation and maintenance of automated procedures RF measurement practices and usage of instrumentation Knowledge of modulationdemodulation schemes applied by Ground to Space Icd for TTC and payload data transmission. Furthermore, it would be a distinct advantage for the Consultant to have experience with some of the following Commercial satellite and micro wave data links Basic knowledge of WAN, LAN and TCPIP protocol Implementation of relevant ECSS standards and CCSDS recommendations In Orbit Test I.O.T. systems.
