My client is seeking an IC, Circuit Design Manager or Principal Engineer, to lead a team developing power IC's, mixed-signal and analog devices for power and thermal management mainly for computing devices. My client is a leading provider of power IC solutions for a broad marketplace including applications in automotive, communication and consumer and computing devices. They are seeking a Principal Engineer / Circuit Design Manager level candidate to lead an established team of 10-15 engineers developing Power and Thermal Management IC's. Based in Eire, you will provide technical leadership, hands-on support and mentoring the team in analog and mixed signal design techniques, setting standards for detailed circuit design, layout, design flows and tools, and design reviews. You will also work with the Application and Marketing teams and customers to define products, lead the architecture definition for the products, and set the strategic direction of the team.
