<B>Job Title</B>Restaurant Manager, French Brasserie, Central London<B>Salary</B>Up to £40-50K per annum<B>Clients Information</B>This operation is a French brasserie based in Central London. The operation seats in excess of 100 and is working to a rosette standard. As the restaurant manager you will be responsible for running the restaurant operation on a day to day basis reporting to the General Manager on site. Hours of work will be 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. You must be flexible to work flexible shifts as and when the business requires.<B>Candidate Specifications</B>Suitable candidates for this role need to be in a restaurant manager'S position at present in a busy restaurant and high profile operation. This role would suit an applicant who is looking to make a name for themselves in a very competitive restaurant market. You will need to be smart, well presented and outgoing for the role and have experience in a busy London operation.
