The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead the design and development of enterprise class web applications leveraging Agile development methodology • Lead an Agile development team to implement high visibility, high performance, and secure web solutions • Provide best-in-class expertise and mentoring in Agile development • Develop and collaborate on architecture, code reviews, technology standards mentor other team members on their implementation and governance • Be a hands-on leader and involved in all aspects of development including coding, testing, and quality assurance • Partner with Business Analysts and Project Mangers to distill business requirements into technical functional requirements • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience and self-study • At least 5 years experience leading development efforts for secure enterprise class internal and external web systems • Established experience in the following areas: -Agile development practices, strong understanding with one or more Agile development methodologies (e.g., XP, SCRUM, FDD) -Building and consuming web services -Content management systems -Design patterns and code architecture -End-to-end system development life cycle -HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript -ASP .Net, and C#, T-Sql -SharePoint 2007 platform -Internet applications and protocols including HTTP, DNS, ASP.NET, and IIS • Strong initiative and experience in small teams where expected to be a self-starter • Strong problem solving skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills Interested?
