We are looking for a full-time permanent motivated capable and committed Tele-Marketer who will manage our Crm database (we use " Maximiser" which is very similar to Act and Goldmine etc We ideally require a graduate looking for a challenging role and wishing to develop a career within a very dynamic and entrepreneurial company.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients aswell as developing new opportunities from interested potential customers.The successful candidate will also have strong It skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office aswell as being able to learn new skills quickly and work autonomously. You will need to be a very effective and confident communicator able to deal comfortably with clients and colleagues at all levels.You will both clean the existing data aswell as add new records but most of the work involves outbound telephone calls to the existing Crm database to carry out various types of research and enter the results on the system. As such experience in in creating maintaining and cleaning of electronic databases is preferable. You will carry out general admin tasks reporting directly to the Md so good communication skills and fluent English(both the spoken word and in writing) is a must aswell as having excellent skills in Excel Word and Outlook. Full training and support will be given.
