He would be your main responsibility although mum is around as well, she may go back to work part time. Experience with these age groups is essential as you need to be aware of where they are developmentally and assisting with the homework of a 12 year old. The nanny should have a really good balance between providing age appropriate stimulation at home with the little boy during the day as well as outings while maintaining a good routine with him and then assisting with the older children in the afternoon. Mum is at home though so will help with anything that needs to be done. The family are looking for someone who has the flexibility to travel frequently and at short notice. The family home is a ten minute walk from the beach and a car is provided for your use as well as school pick Ups etc. You will work a 6 day week and have separate accommodation.
