Binnen de afdeling Quality Control van voestalpine Polynorm BV wordt de vacature opengesteld van Meet Technicus Meettechnicus - 2 ploegendienst - Functie: - Het uitvoeren van metingen waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van 3D-meetmachines in combinatie met diverse Geometrische software pakketten (Metrolog en Cosmos). - Het uitvoeren van seriemetingen ten behoeve van SPC studies. - Het zelfstandig kunnen opzetten en uitvoeren van bemonsteringen (eerste productmetingen). - Het zelfstandig kunnen opzetten en programmeren van CNC productmetingen m.b.V. de aanwezige software pakketten. - Het interpreteren van meetresultaten en rapporteren c.q. presenteren aan zowel interne als externe klanten. - Het geven van adviezen over te gebruiken meetmethoden en meetmiddelen binnen productie. Functie-eisen: - Afgeronde MBO opleiding bij voorkeur richting WTB. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring op het gebied van driedimensionale meettechniek. - Goed ruimtelijk inzicht en analytisch vermogen. - Uitgebreide computerkennis c.q. kennis van MS-Office pakketten: Word, Excel, enz. Handig met de systemen om kunnen gaan. - Kennis van de in de Automotive gehanteerde tekensystemen (CAD/CATIA). - Kennis van de Engelse en Duitse taal. - Zelfstandig, initiërend, leergierig, assertief, klant- en servicegericht. - Stressbestendig en zeer flexibel t.a.V. werktijden (ook avonden, nachten en weekenden als het werk dit vereist en/of 3-ploegendienst). - Bereidheid tot het volgen van cursussen en opleidingen.
